Hello,
We are a group of University of Southern California students conducting research on the shortage of Emergency Service Professionals in the United States, and we are hoping to reach out to EMS workers for their valuable input.

The survey is entirely voluntary, and all responses will be kept confidential and anonymous. We estimate it will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, and the data collected will be used only for research purposes.
Please submit by 04/09/23. This will allow us sufficient time to analyze the results and include them in our research report.
