interesting... the job doesn't require you to currently be certified as a paramedic, only that you once were a medic, and doesn't require a masters degree for a director-level position, at least as per the job posting.

but I've heard a lot of good things about the system, from both a staffer and management perspective. if you are looking for a change... never hurts to apply

We have our issues currently. Hence why we are hiring again for a directors spot 6 months later. We have some culture that needs fixing from the top down as the current culture prevents change from the field up.
