Trying to recertify my EMT state and county cards.
Other than my new cpr and ceus/skills
do i also need a second livescan?
Trying to nail everything before my
appointment.

Each County, as State EMT certifying entities, have different criteria for recertification. In Orange County, it is all done through the website now.
