AmeriCare Ambulance is an emergency and non-emergency providing ambulance company with stations in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties. We proudly provide primary emergency services for the Cities of Santa Monica and Villa Park, and back-up emergency services to the cities of Downey and Compton.
We have been rapidly expanding our area and have obtained new contracts and are looking for friendly, hard-working, customer service-oriented men and women to come join our team!
EMT/Paramedic Requirements:
NREMT/NREMTP Card
CA State Card
BLS CPR
ACLS/PALS (Paramedic)
Good driving record (no DUI's or more than 2 points on your driving record)
At least 18 years old with a valid CA Driver's License
Able to lift more than 25 lbs.
**No previous experience required**
Dispatcher requirements:
BLS CPR
At least 18 years old with a valid CA Driver's License
Able to lift more than 25 lbs.
**No previous experience required. We will train!**
RN/RT Requirements:
National Registry of RN/RCP card
BLS CPR
ACLS
PALS
At least 2 years experience in an Acute Care setting
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift more than 25 lbs.
All Employees receive Medical/Dental/Vision after 90 days
Paid Time Off
In-house CE's, CPR, ACLS, PALS, etc. (all free of charge to employees).
Competitive wages (DOE)
