My last interview had a lot of questions about what is the differences bettween thing, stuff about airway issues, and pregnancy questions. Not senerios, but knowledge of them.
Anyone have an interview with Medstar on Tuesday the 8th? If so, how do you think you did and was there anything that you felt was difficult or has made you worry once you left. I'm just trying to see what people thought of the whole interview process.
Oh Linuss, boot camp wasn't as bad as being in Iraq and bullets flying inches from your head. That was the hardest thing to deal with. The unkown of where your life is headed.
Ok, I did some research and as of March 2, 2011 per payscale.com it says:
EMT-B salary is 11.79 per hour. I believe that is the starting I heard while in school but I am not sure.
The site also states that Paramedic salary is 16.94 per hour.

The middle age female medics I know work in ER's and at the community college as a proctor for EMT and paramedic classes. They prefer to do that than be on a box.
Just don't take A&P I and II at the same time like I did. But honestly the guys are right, undergrad A&P is not as hard as people make it out to be. Studying is the key thing. If you don't study then it will be difficult.
Listening to the radio communication, all I have to say is communication between everyone could of been a little better in my opinion.

No, it is the general knowledge test. It was 100 questions and had both knowledge questions and scenario based questions. I took the agree/disagree assessment test like a week or two...
Just thought I would hare. I took the test Friday and received an email from the clinical director informing me of the next part of the hiring process.
