We are in the process of installing the full sized MedVaults on all of our ALS apparatus. We carry (6) 100 mcg vials of fentanyl, (3) 500 mg vials of Ketamine, (4) 1 mg carpujects of Hydromorphone and (4) 10 mg vials of Midazolam. I'm looking for a case that can facilitate these meds and fit inside of the KnoxBox. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Take a look at the pelican 1060 or the other micro cases I think we use that one at work

Thanks for the suggestions. We ended up going with a Stat Packs G3 First Aid Remedy Kit (it won't let me post links because I don't have 5 threads).
It fits easily into the MedVault and has plenty of storage. Zippers come together for a tag to be placed for double redundancy. We actually have room for another bag inside the MedVault so we're going to place our RSI drugs (Succ, Roc, Vec, Ketamine, lidocaine, atropine) in it.

We are a BLS service but we just recently put Plano boxes into service that fit 2 epi pens, 2 tubes of glucose, a bottle of aspirin and a IN Narcan set up. They are waterproof and have a hole for a lock. We got them at West Marine. They had a couple different sizes that were bigger so maybe that works for you? And they were markedly cheaper than Pelican

We used the Plano 1450.
The bigger ones are 1460 and 1470. I used the 1470 as a toolbox on my boat. It holds a bunch of spare parts, screw drivers, some wrenches, a mallet

Another vote for Plano. Can get them from Amazon for about half the cost of Pelican and in my opinion they are just as good for the average joe. My gun cases are all the Plano All Weather Tactical Cases and they have held up just as good as my friends 300 dollar Pelican case. I got that for 70 bucks.

We use zippered conterra pouches. There's a loop to put a tag through (connected to the zipper) if you want, we don't tag our narcs though.

We use plain plano boxes. Plenty of room, cheap and fit in Knox boxes.

I took a couple of those little Plano boxes and some empty vials as templates and used a can of expanding foam to make custom boxes for our meds. It worked great because we always got our drugs in the same size vials.

We jump between vials and carpojets, so we can't customize them. We been using this style boxes for years and they work great. If worried about loose vials in box, just wrap vials in a 4x4.
