Laminated EMS pt card

Brain Trust,

I’m looking for an 8x11 laminated sheet that has English-Spanish with basic medical questions and diagrams to point to. I had a bunch in other languages when I deployed, but my google-fu can’t find what I want.
Not looking for the printed medical words, more a field card to use with patients.

Those are point to picture laminated and folded cards. I'm still looking for something a bit simpler, but they seem to be the best I have found so far.

This is a great idea! Would be interested in this myself. A badge size version would be ideal for my purposes.
