# times for National Psychomotor Exam
I am studying for the nationals.
The *plan* is to pass the first time, of course! But my problem with tests is nerves! I am more nervous on tests than in real life emergencies-when adrenaline and clarity kick right in for me. So, I am hoping I'll be less nervous knowing I can retake it if I blank. I know the written we could take over 6 times. (God forbid!) What is the number for practicals? Thanks!

If I remember correctly you get three full attempts at passing the psychomotor exam. A full attempt means testing over all skills.
You are allowed to retest I believe five individual stations twice before having to retake them all over. After each your second failed retest attempt you are required to complete a refresher course on all skills. After your last retest on your third full attempt, you'll have to complete your entire course (didactic +clinicals) again. |
