Craigslist Sacramento EMT Listing?

I browse the CL jobs on occation and ive come across this ad a few times. Does anyone know who this ambulance company is that keeps posting this ad? I've responded to it asking a couple times with no response. I'm just curious to who it is. Seems like some type of scam to me

No idea who they are. I'd be guessing one of the "smaller" ones like TLC or AlphaOne.
