Paramedic School Tuition Help

I just finished my EMT-B class. While I was doing my rotations I met a paramedic student that told me he had his tuition paid for by a grant. Before I had a chance to get any details from him we were split up in E.R. and I didn't see him again.

Does anyone know of any grant's or tuition assistance in Texas?

If you're poor and go to a college-based program you can probably get your tuition paid for with Pell grants.
