Business experience, advice, mentoring.(Business plan).

I'm working with a former co-worker to explore and maybe develop a business plan for offering training and certification in emergency/disaster prevention and resilience, maybe some side business supplying then maintaining AED's/batteries, other supplies and equipment. Heavy emphasis on use of brains/experience and customer service.
Anyone have good or bad stories to tell of their experience? Can I pick your brain(s)?

So I take it no one has had any business experience?

Or you're all holding out on me!
