My CPR cert lapsed and i just want to bang it out real quick to move on to taking the exam but i don't know which organizations are officially recognized by the registry

are there differences in the requirements for getting certified between the two states? My EMT course is in NH, I've seen contradictory articles going both ways but they all seem outdated.
I'm looking to apply to atlantic as an EMT-B when i pass the registry, is it a good idea? I see that the pay is high (compared to other local services). are there any drawbacks that anybody knows of when it comes to them? what's the work life like?
I'm coming up on a year since I took the initial EMT-B course and I've failed the NREMT Cognitive exam once, I'm a little rusty and reading my book and taking quizzes to catch back up but I work a lot better with a study partner, so if anyone here needs a study buddy I'm all in!
