I'm trying to find a book for higher level clinical assessment. Does anyone have any ideas?
That's exactly the kind of thing I had in mind thank youIs something like this what you had in mind, TJ?

Thank you. Those are awesome as wellScott Weingart of EMCrit has a couple of recommendations. I've seen Sapira's Art & Science of Bedside Diagnosis in a couple lists and also in a couple of physicians' libraries. Looks pretty cool (if you like history and old school diagnostic methods).
For example: you can do a very detailed assessment of the nervous system and if you know what each area of the brain controls then you may be able to work out where in the brain somebody has had a stroke. However, such information is objectively pointless because they're going to get a CT scan anyway.
