Most of the rigs I've been on, the cuffs weren't working properly & you shouldn't have to go buy a set since your EMT school/program should have made you get one already.
Important items are cellphone, charger, ice water, snacks, some change, your own stethoscope & bp cuff, pen & notepad, your rig should have the other necessities.

What I'm talking about is full-time, not retired yet or still has a few years before retiring. If it's just for "some income" that's totally fine, I know EMTs doing it full-time/part-time but they're still going to school to do something better, but most of the EMT's I've met it's a dead end. Why?

According to the company website that's all they listed, never metioned an AED, suction device, 02, C-Collars, they just listed the basics with some OTC medications.
