Yes. GCTI shut down their San Diego opperations then a few months later they pulled out all their rigs from station and closed its doors. Then two weeks later they reopened as Phoenix. They downsized significantly.
California requires your to turn in your CPR card, NREMT, EMT course completion certificate, county Scope of practice certificate, and fingerprints (livescan). along with a nice crisp check for $105 so they can give you a plastic card that tells you, that you are an EMT.
Took the test at 4:00pm on thursday stopped at 120, felt like I failed.
Woke up at 8:00am Friday checked NREMT website. PASSED!
National just feels like a bad date.
