Need some guidance. Trying to find firm citations about off-duty techs carrying and using medically controlled stuff like AED's, oxygen over 6 LPM, drugs, airways etc., or attending events carrying such gear and esentially offering their services, especially for California. I've been searching for some hours and come up dry, and none of the Calif EMSA email addresses work (must help the workload some, that). Any guidance?
