What made me want to do flight medicine? What made me want to go back to after almost dying? Simple, sweetheart. It's my calling. My career is more important than my job. My health is more important than my career. My family is more important than my health. And my calling is more important than all of them combined. I am called to benefit others as a flight medic and as an instructor. When you ignore or abandon your calling, you cease to become the person you're destined (called) to be.
