    It takes about 1hr to 1.5 hours a day for 90 days. No days off. One day you'll do chest/back, next day is cardio, next day is arms/shoulders, and next day is yoga, etc etc. Every day that you do a muslce thing (such as arms/shoulders) you also do the "ab ripper x" where you work on your abs.

    For equipment you can either by a weight set and a pullup bar that you put on your door, or exercising bands that take place of the bar and weights.

    Just finished day 3, and it hurts.

    So how does that P90X thing work? I was looking into it at one point, but the price scared me off.

    I'd love to get into something like that. How much time does it take each day? How much equipment do you have to purchase, if any?

    Hiked 50 miles in 19 hours on Saturday. I am just now able to walk again.
