So I was flipping through EMS Magazine when I found this website

They define the term as a "Medical Redneck"... or a whacker, squirrel, etc.
I like it.

EMStock has been around for about 5 years or so... big bar-b-que and lectures series in Texas. Brian Bledsoe has been involved.
