I'm looking for a blue LED light for my car (Honda Element)...

I'm not asking to buy one here, just was wondering if anyone could share their opinions

Particularly, I'm considering these two:

^ does anyone have any 'reviews' or opinions on those?

Thanks!

(PS-I don't want this to turn into a color-war thread (ie- don't use them/use them and what not)

Don't do it. Just drive safely to your station. Help stop needless LODD's due to volly's responding in POV's code 3>

I understand all of the options, but again,

(and it would be considered Code 1 here)

I think either of these light would do the trick for ya. Just keep in mind the brighter the better. My POV looks like a rolling light show. The more professional it looks the more likely people will yield to ya. Add lights siren and BRAINS and drive safely.

Why the siren? In most states, the moment you do that you become a certified emergency vehicle, with the attendant increase in your insurance premiums, liability, and other issues.

We can't use sirens.

both lights are very good, however the 2nd link that you posted, that is a very good light, very bright in my opinion..
also, you might want to try out thsi forum, it is all about lighting and warning devices and such, elightbars.org

thanks!

I went with the first light...I'm happy with it! I also kept the Whelen Responder (blue 'rotating' light) the dept. issued.
