Unemployment Arbitration

I just went through a hearing on weather or not I get unemployment benefits. I did win this time, but wanted to know if anyone else has had this experience with their employers.

Yes, however it never progressed to the hearing, as my claim was rejected by my previous employer and I just had to file the appropriate documentation. However, the relationship with my last employer (corporate, before EMS) has ended in settlement to settle employment legalities, inc. the unemployment claim.
