Moving to Baltimore

Hi everybody!

I'm an EMT in northern California, but I'm moving to Baltimore MD soon (family stuff). I've worked for a private ambulance company for the past 5 years and I'm wondering if someone could tell me what ambulance companies in the Baltimore area are good to work for i.e. how's management, working conditions are they unionized or are in the process of gettting a union etc.

If anyone could give me some feedback, I'd sure appreciate it.

I think BCFD hires EMT's for ambulances, or f they are all medics. I belive they are all FF/EMT's and FF/Medics.

As for the county? no clue.
