There are a few silly ones out there you could use and some I don't know if they are real or fake (such as places overseas where people fall out of the back of moving ambulances).
If you want anything like that i could drag up a couple links probably.

These folks have never properly or even ever used them. Thanks!

Ah, see this is a cot on a bariatric unit using the highly experimental miracle grease on the X-frame...

Took some air.
I searched thirty minutes and found nothing really good, and no stills.

I'm sure at some point, we've all said to a patient; don't worry, we haven't dropped anyone today.
Luckily, when it did happen - because you know it does - nobody nearby had a camera. I sure it'd be easy to stage, though.

I thought the joke was, "We only drop people on days ending with "y."

Luckily, pole stretchers don't seem to be that widely used in the US. Though, I hope the one clip was just for entertainment. The most likely mistake I could see, is two people walking the opposite directions, though.

The best bet is to surf youtube...most services will NOT take pictures of a patient drop and then with hippa that brings in a whole new added charge on a civil suit.
So I would suggest youtube for the cell phone videos
