SASEBO, Nagasaki -- Stressed paramedics who were unable to work after seeing the body of a murdered elementary schoolgirl this month returned to work after receiving e-mails from people telling them not to blame themselves, it has been learned.
After the brutal June 1 incident, in which 12-year-old Satomi Mitarai was murdered by a younger classmate, one paramedic was unable to return to work for one week.
