View Full Version : Heart Attack and Diabetes info please

Can anyone tell me why a person with diabetes who is having a heart attack may not present with the classic crushing chest pain.
I can not find an explanation as to why a diabetic patient would have a silent heart attack.
Thanks for your help on this.
