A few weeks ago we got a suggestion box at the station, and I swear this thing, and management, does wonders. Every week they take all the suggestions people put in the box, and respond to them in a memo.
Someone suggested we get our PulseOx and Glucometers back, and management listened! Unfortunately BLS is now delegated to only non-emergency transports, but I guess it's a step forward, even if we took two back. :)
